Ichron Limited is always keen to receive curriculum vitae from geoscientists at all levels of experience, particularly in the areas of Reservoir Geology, Biostratigraphy and Chemostratigraphy.

For those people starting out in the industry a Masters degree or Doctorate are usually required, although motivation, a willingness to learn and the ability to work in a ‘team’ environment are also important criteria.

All disciplines involve a component of international travel which, in the cases of Biostratigraphy and Chemostratigraphy, will include some work at wellsite. Reservoir Geologists will be expected to undertake core description and outcrop data collection in the field.
